James (Jim) Neve
With a lifetime interest in plant and animal biology, Jim has over 20 years of arboriculture and horticulture business experience. An International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist, Jim has dedicated himself to tree preservation specializing in Plant Heath Care.
His passion and enthusiasm for educating others, helping them with the care of their trees and our environment, is evident in his life and business. No one cares like an owner and Jim loves what he does! This translates into Tree Solutions service.
He believes it is his responsibility as a service to his clients and the community to be at the forefront of the latest scientific research and applicable technologies. Jim is committed to preservation of our environment within the local community which he supports through involvement in Arbor Day Foundation, California Landscape Contractors Association, Sierra Club, and International Society of Arboriculture. Jim believes in change through education and that all of us have to do our part to help future generations enjoy what we are able to experience today. Each of us can do this in our own way.
Ryan Neve
Ryan has been taking care of California trees since 2007. He is the Operations Manager for Tree Solutions, dealing with day to day business, logistics, client relations and supervising employees.
He is a Contractors State License Board (CSLB) licensed contractor and a Department of Pesticide Regulations (DPR) licensed pest control applicator. Ryan is always educating himself to add additional layers of support for our clients. His favorite part about working for Tree Solutions is saving people’s trees and the positive reactions that follow.
Debbie Crivelli
Debbie has been the office manager for Tree Solutions over the last 15 years.
Throughout these years, she has gained a better understanding of the arboriculture industry to successfully help facilitate the needs of our clients. Debbie identifies her role as the liaison for the client and the Tree Solutions family.
