James (Jim) Neve
With a lifetime interest in plant and animal biology, Jim has over 20 years of arboriculture and horticulture business experience. An International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist, Jim has dedicated himself to tree preservation specializing in Plant Heath Care.
His passion and enthusiasm for educating others, helping them with the care of their trees and our environment, is evident in his life and business. No one cares like an owner and Jim loves what he does! This translates into Tree Solutions service.
He believes it is his responsibility as a service to his clients and the community to be at the forefront of the latest scientific research and applicable technologies.
Jim is committed to preservation of our environment within the local community which he supports through involvement in Arbor Day Foundation, California Landscape Contractors Association, Sierra Club, and International Society of Arboriculture. Jim believes in change through education and that all of us have to do our part to help future generations enjoy what we are able to experience today. Each of us can do this in our own way.
Don Cox
Donald William Cox has over 40 years of experience and education in tree and landscape maintenance. Son of a horticulturist/landscape architect, Don grew up around plant nurseries, parks, arboretums, landscaping and tree work.
He’s been a nurseryman, licensed landscape contractor, tree worker/foreman, tree service owner, tropical reforestation worker, orchard manager, consulting arborist, estimator and trainer. He’s lived and worked in Arizona, California, Hawaii, India and Thailand.
Don’s orientation to horticulture is comprehensive plant health care, integrated pest and disease management, environmentally safe methods and materials, and working to enhance the natural form, beauty and productivity of plants.
Don loves trees, he knows a lot about them and he likes to save them if he can. His customer service policy is based on “The Golden Rule”. He strives to provide high quality, affordable service and to care for your trees and landscape as if it was his own.
Ryan Neve
The youngest member of the team, he brings keen observation skills, a talent for problem solving and a youthful eye. Ryan is excited about the apprenticeship with his father James, and has a vested interest in the reputation and success of the company. Recently promoted to Plant Health Care treatment manager, Ryan is responsible for treatment applications and field operations. Like his father, he is passionate about caring for Tree Solutions clients and their plant health care needs. He is a skilled writer and uses his knowledge to make sure those who gather information from this site have the clearest understanding possible.
Debbie Crivelli
Debbie Crivelli is both the voice of Tree Solutions and the management glue that holds us together; she brings decades of experience in client management and customer service. Her corporate endeavors include worldwide management for TiVo corp.’s manufacturing division. Debbie is very happy to help work out any and all logistics between you our clients, and the field crews.
